Snorkel with Turtle tours are approx. 2 ½ hours from departure.
Scuba Diving Tours varies depending on type of tour.
We recommend:
Warm jumper/ jacket
Towel
Sunglasses and hat
Camera/ waterproof casing for phone
Drinking water
Have a seasickness tablet if needed
Travelling at speeds of up to 35knots (65km/h). The Skipper will determine the safe speed at any given time during the day. If you have any injuries or concerns, please alert skipper before departure.
Yes, we provide comfortable light weight life jackets. Life jackets are compulsory whilst on the vessel
Mother Nature plays a big role in whether or not we run a tour. The safety of our customers is our highest priority.
If we cancel due to the weather, you will have the option of booking on another day. Please read our terms & Conditions in regard to refunds.

We require a minimum 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule at no extra charge. Within 48 hours, full charges apply and no refunds will be given. There are no refunds if you no-show or are late for your departure so please ensure you check-in with us at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled departure.

Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 3 business days
All tours are subject to change or cancellation depending on the tide, wind, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
In the event we have cancelled or rescheduled a tour, we will offer to you an alternative tour date and time.
If we are unable to operate a tour for any reason, we will notify you by telephone or email as soon as possible.
You may change the date of your tour provided you give us notice at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour date and time, and will be issued with a credit.
