Our boat has a unique sturdy ladder, like a staircase and has hand rails. Suitable for impaired and amputees, call us for individual adaptive support.

We recommend: • Warm jumper/ jacket • Towel • Sunglasses and hat • Camera/ waterproof casing for phone • Drinking water Have a seasickness tablet if needed

Our boat zips along at speeds of up to 35 knots (65 km/h)! The skipper ensures a safe speed throughout the journey. If you have any concerns or injuries, please let the skipper know before we set off.

Mother Nature plays a big role in whether or not we run a tour. The safety of our customers is our highest priority. If we cancel due to the weather, you will have the option of booking on another day. Please read our terms & Conditions in regard to refunds.

We require a minimum 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule at no extra charge. Within 48 hours, full charges apply and no refunds will be given. There are no refunds if you no-show or are late for your departure so please ensure you check-in with us at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled departure. For cancellations please contact Leigh by email: tweedturtletours@gmail.com or by text or phone 0461545232 Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 3 business days All tours are subject to change or cancellation depending on the tide, wind, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. In the event we have cancelled or rescheduled a tour, we will offer to you an alternative tour date and time. If we are unable to operate a tour for any reason, we will notify you by telephone or email as soon as possible. You may change the date of your tour provided you give us notice at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour date and time, and will be issued with a credit.
